General Conditions for the use of the web site
The following General Conditions regulate the use and Access of www.duranhaeussler.com that is property of and is administered by Duran Haeussler, whose data, in terms of compliance with the obligations set forth in article 10 of the Law 34/2002, of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSICE”), are the following:

Object and scope of application
The present General Conditions regulate the Access, navigation and use (including mere access) of the web pages that are part of Duran Haeussler’s Web Site (the “Web Site”), including the contents and services made available therein. Anyone who has access to the Web Site (“User”) accepts the General Conditions in force each time he visits it. The contents and services that Duran Haeussler discloses to the User in the Web Site may be regulated by specific conditions (the “Specific Conditions”) which, in case any conflict arises, shall prevail over the General Conditions. The User also accepts the Specific Conditions every time a content or service is used. Accordingly, the User must carefully read the General and Specific Conditions each time he uses the Web Site. In any case, Duran Haeussler reserves the right to update, amend or delete at any time and without prior notice, the appearance and configuration of the Web Site, as well as the present General and Specific Conditions.

Use of the web site
The Web Site does not pretend to be a source of advice in any way nor a mean to establish a professional client and agent/lawyer relationship or of any other kind.

Use
Unless otherwise provided in the Specific Conditions, use of the Web Site shall be free of charge, without prejudice to the connection cost derived from the corresponding telecommunication network the User needs in order to have access to it. The User is aware and voluntarily and expressly accepts that use of the Web Site is carried out under his sole and exclusive responsibility. Furthermore, the User undertakes to use the services and contents of the present Web Site according to the legislation in force and the principles of good faith and public order. When using the Web Site, the User undertakes not to act in any way that may damage the image, interests and rights of Duran Haeussler or of third parties, or that could in any way damage, alter, render useless or overload the Web Site, or that could be an obstacle to the normal use of the Web Site.

Contents
The information provided at the Web Site are made available to the User by Duran Haeussler with information gathered from own sources and from third parties and it is only general character information. Even though the contents are of the highest quality and are often updated, these do not deal with specific circumstances related to people or particular undertakings and do not constitute at all any legal or professional advice or any other kind of service provision.

Intellectual property rights
It is expressly prohibited the reproduction, transformation, broadcasting, adaptation, distribution, public communication, making available, extraction, reusing or in any way using, by any means or procedure, of the contents of this Site, except in cases where it is legally allowed or authorized by the holder of the corresponding rights. The expression “contents” include the use of texts, logos, trademarks, images, photographs, graphic design, graphic appearance, navigation architecture, source codes for web pages, etc. The User shall respect the Intellectual Property rights existing over the Web Site, whether owned by Duran Haeussler or by third parties.

Hyperlinks and linked sites
The User and, in general, any physical or legal person wishing to establish hyperlinks or technical linking devices (e.g. links, banners and buttons) from his website to the Web Site will need to obtain prior authorization in writing from Duran Haeussler. The establishment of hyperlinks does not, in any way, imply the existence of any relationship between Duran Haeussler and the owner of the linked web site, nor the acceptance or approval by Duran Haeussler of the contents or services posted on that site and made available to the public. The User cannot create a browser nor a border environment of the web pages of the Web Site. In order to conduct searches of and to have access to information, contents and services available at the Internet, the Web Site makes hyperlinks or technical linking devices available for users, thereby allowing users to access websites belonging or managed by third parties. Duran Haeussler does not offer or market the products or services available in the linked websites for itself or by way of third parties, nor does it control, supervise or approve any material appearing in these linked websites. Consequently, the User exclusively assumes the responsibility of the consequences, damages or actions which could derive from access to the Web Site including the links. The User shall be subject to the privacy policy applicable for the website visited and Duran Haeussler will be exempted of any liability thereto.

Personal data
A visit to the Web Site does not imply the automatic registration of any personal data that could identify a User. However, servers of Duran Haeussler do collect and save some non-personal and non-identifiable information of a specific user (such as the operative system used by the User or the IP address from which the user is accessing the Web Site) aimed at improving the user navigation and management of the Web Site. Personal data that could be collected by Duran Haeussler shall be used to manage the services offered, to conduct tasks entrusted, carry out administrative works, as well as deliver technical, commercial or advertising information to Duran Haeussler’ customers or users about the services that may be of their interest. This acceptance may be withdrawn at any time. Said data shall be included into computed files of personal data of Duran Haeussler. The purpose of these files is their use in rendering advice, prosecution and management in the field of intellectual property and provide the desired information and/or services requested to Duran Haeussler. Duran Haeussler undertakes not to communicate personal data to external third parties, except in those cases where, in accordance with its intended purpose, it is necessary to assign them to people to act in behalf of or in connection with Duran Haeussler’s activity. Duran Haeussler, with domicile at Avda. Diagonal 640, Pl. 6 A, Barcelona 08017, Spain, as responsible for the referenced file, guarantees user’s rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose data and is also committed to respecting its privacy and to use them for the intended purposes. The user shall exercise such rights in writing sending a request to the postal address of the firm or sending an email to the email address info@duranhaeussler.com.

Use of Google Analytics and cookies
The Web Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service free of charge offered by Google, Inc. (“Google”), a Company headquartered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, United States of America, that, according to Google, is governed by Google’s General Conditions available at http://www.google.com/analytics/tos.html and the Google’s private policy available at http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/technologies/ads/.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by the Spanish law.
